Cancellation Policy

All Deposits and Sales are Final. I ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice, failing to do so will result in a 30% cancelation/ no-show fee based on the base price of the service you originally booked for. There is a 10-minute grace period, after 10 minutes there will be a $10 late fee added to your total. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, or you will need to reschedule, and you will be responsible for paying the cancellation/ no-show fee. However, if you are sick, I ask that you please reschedule. Due to limited space and liability & safety reasons, no extra guests unless there is a prior arrangement. After hour appointments are an additional $10 per hour, after hour fee is non-refundable.
